Our client set up a new Change Management and Organisational
Effectiveness offering and we were engaged by the leader of this
practice to find an experienced consulting professional to begin
the expansion of this team. The client sought prior
consulting experience, preferably on major European wide or even
global projects such as post merger integration and restructuring,
where they had led the organisational design and people change
aspects of these complex programmes. Excellent stakeholder
management skills coupled with the ability to engage with business
leaders and embed change in an organisation were essential.
This unique organisation approached Bullet
via recommendation to source a Project Director for their internal
Organisational Development team. Again the client sought an
experienced management consultant; however they also hoped to find
a candidate who had also worked internally for an organisation
previously too. We were briefed to find a candidate who could move
mindsets and drive a significant behavioural change across the
organisations embedding values and engaging employees around new
ways of working and an improved performance driven culture.
