HR Executive Jobs and Positions
- HR Director for a major Professional Services Consultancy. The remit for this international HR leadership role required an individual managing change in a cross-cultural environment. We recruited a senior executive who is playing a pivotal role in developing and implementing the new HR strategy.
- Head of HR Operations for a healthcare company. Our client set about nationalising their HR function and so required a number of Interim HR Change Managers, a Head of HR Operations and 10 HR Business Partners. By the end of the campaign we were described as a recruiter that you could trust by the HR Director.
- Head of Human Resources for a well known drinks company. A global brand with a relatively small operation in the UK required a senior, experienced HR professional with a blue chip background. We recruited an HR Business Partner from a global bank who has been extremely successful in that environment.

Transformation
- Project Director, Organisational Development for UK regulatory body. This client sought an experienced management consultant to undertake this role. With our extensive networks amongst consulting candidates we were able to find a candidate who could move mindsets and drive a significant behavioural change across the organisation embedding values and engaging employees around new ways of working and an improved performance driven culture.
- Director, major consulting name. This growing advisory services team required a capable Director level individual who could help drive further growth of their operational transformation team. We successfully recruited a very senior professional with deep telecoms sector experience who has since gone on to help build a very successful business for this client.
- HR Programme Manager, leading UK Retail Bank. This bank was undertaking a complex HR transformation programme and required an individual who could structure and deliver this programme on their behalf. Utilising our current networks of candidates and contacts we were able to fill this critical position to tight timeframes.
