Bullet is a boutique recruitment firm, specialising in Executive level recruitment within the HR, Change Management and Business Transformation markets.

With offices based in London and Manchester we cover positions throughout the UK within Management Consultancy firms and a wide selection of major corporations.

As an Executive recruiter we have capabilities in the more traditional methods of recruitment such as Search and Advertised Selection whilst alongside this maintaining our own database of contacts. However, experience tells us that often the best approach is to utilise a mixture of these methods to deliver the most successful and cost effective solution.

In addition we are experienced at managing outsourced recruitment processes and have an extensive history in partnering with clients broadly on a range of recruitment matters over extended periods of time.

Our approach is flexible because at Bullet we realise that clients are under pressure to show that they are getting value for money when they recruit and therefore only recommending fixed, prescriptive methods to fulfil your requirements may not be appropriate.

We would much rather devise flexible solutions and costings that reflect the wide variety of instructions we receive and individual client circumstances.

We are also able to use personality assessment to complement traditional selection methodologies as this is increasingly seen as the smart way to recruit. At Bullet we integrate various forms of candidate assessment into our offering to assist the matching process and add extra value to our clients.
