Frequently Asked Questions for Candidates
-
What if I would like to speak with someone before applying for a role I have seen?
We are always happy to speak with you; however, due to confidentiality agreements that we have with our clients, we are often unable to disclose information about a specific role without having received an official application or CV submission from you.
-
What level of confidentiality can I expect?
We extend the same courtesy to applicants and candidates as we do our clients; keeping things strictly confidential. Your details will never be sent anywhere by us without your prior consent. We take data protection very seriously and comply fully with the data protection act.
-
What speed of response can I expect when I apply?
We respond individually to every application received, and aim to notify you of its status within 24 hours during the working week.
-
I have applied for two roles that I have seen advertised on the Bullet website and have received both a negative and a positive response. What does this mean?
This means that your skills are more relevant to one role than the other. It is company policy that we respond to every application that we receive.
-
Are all of the positions that you are handling advertised on the Bullet site?
Most are, but a significant minority are not for a variety of reasons. We would recommend that you contact us to register so that we can make sure that you are considered for all of the assignments that we handle.
-
What if I haven’t seen a particular role that I would like to apply for but would like to submit my details to go on the Bullet database?
To send us your details, please refer to the 'Contact Us' section of our website and select one of the suggested methods to reach us. Your enquiry will be sent on to our administrative team who will then direct your information to the relevant consultants within Bullet.
-
I would like to come in and meet with one of your consultants. How do I go about arranging this?
We always ask that, initially, you submit your CV electronically to us using one of the methods described above and providing any additional information you would like us to have at the same time. Our consultants will get back to you to let you know if they currently have anything relevant to discuss with you. If a meeting is then deemed to be beneficial, one will be arranged at this stage.
