What type of roles does Bullet cover?
Bullet is a specialist recruitment company. We focus upon the Human Resources and Management Consultancy markets.

What is Bullet’s geographic coverage?
Bullet is primarily a UK focused recruitment business. We manage HR and Change assignments throughout the UK from our London and Manchester offices. For example, we have recently completed assignments in Glasgow, Leeds, Bristol, Birmingham and Reading.

What levels of role does Bullet cover?
We recruit HR roles from £25-30k HR Advisor level roles through to HR Director level roles with six figure packages. We do not cover HR Admin or HR Assistant level roles below this. For management consultancy roles the majority of our work falls in the £50-200k level.

Does Bullet cover interim and contract roles as well as permanent roles?
Yes. We are able to payroll staff ourselves, and have dedicated consultants in Manchester and London focusing upon the interim and contract markets for both HR and Management Consultancy.

Which HR sectors does Bullet specialise in?
We are not sector specific, and assist clients with HR vacancies in a wide range of sectors including professional services, financial services (investment banking, insurance, reinsurance, retail, commercial, private equity) manufacturing, retail fashion, telecoms & media, transport, leisure, and across various parts of central government and the public sector.

Which Management Consultancy sectors does Bullet specialise in?
The majority of recruitment assignments that we handle focus on Change Management, Business Transformation or Strategy. Although the majority of candidates that we represent work alongside technology, we do not recruit for IT technical roles.

Does Bullet recruit for consultancy roles within industry?
Yes. In fact over half of the assignments that our consultancy team work on focus upon sourcing individuals from backgrounds in management consultancy for roles in banks and industry.

Is Bullet a search firm?
Although we do conduct search assignments for our clients, the majority of work that we execute is retained on a non-search basis. We are also happy to work on a contingency basis when we feel that this offers the most timely and cost-effective solution for our clients.

Can Bullet conduct personality assessments of candidates?
Yes. We use the NEO Personality Inventory questionnaire (NEO PI-R) which is recognised internationally as a gold standard for personality assessment. Further information about this resource which we make available for our clients can be found on our personality assessment page
