HR Director

Our client was going through exciting growth and change and requested Bullets services to recruit an HR Director to report into the VP HR for EMEA.  This strategic and international human resources position managed a team of ten people, had responsibility for organisational transformation, senior-level HR business partnering and setting up HR for new parts of the business which were being acquired across the EMEA region.

Head of Learning & Development

A FTSE 100 insurance company needed to find a new Head of Learning and Development.  They required deep industry knowledge, experience in talent planning and management, creating an L&D strategy and framework and communicating this to their people.  They also needed to have proven success in managing external vendors, creating management and leadership development programs and team management.  Bullet was retained and conducted a search presenting quality candidates from their competition and FTSE 100 financial services businesses.   From briefing to offer, this search was completed in 12 weeks.

Inhouse Recruitment/Talent  

Our client, a major media organisation going through enormous change and transformation, required Bullet to recruit the newly created position of Resourcing Manager, focused on managing all supplier relationships and major recruitment campaigns.  This involved managing an RPO relationship and taking responsibility for end-to-end recruitment processes from attraction, assessment through to the contract generation and on-boarding processes.

Compensation and Reward/Benefits  

A leading global financial services organization asked Bullet to search for a senior vacancy in the reward field. Based in the West Midlands with travel required UK wide, this role would be specifically responsible for defining the reward strategy in several key business streams and previous experience in the bonus / incentives design field. Despite our competitors best efforts this difficult and specialist role remained vacant. Bullet Search identified a number of candidates immediately and drew the process to a successful conclusion in a matter of weeks.

Employee Relations

A global retail bank engaged Bullet to find an Employee Relations Consultant, to be responsible for anything affecting employees such as restructuring, policy development, pay negotiations, trade union relationship management, up-skilling managers, business planning and strategy.  Despite the client having struggled for some weeks to find the right candidate, Bullet was able to attract and introduce someone who has now been working there, very successfully, for 6 months.

HR Generalist

An international IT Services business required an HR generalist to partner with its Consultancy practice. Working in a shared service environment, this autonomous position was given total strategic responsibility to design and implement a people plan that complimented the business objectives. It was extremely difficult to attract high calibre HR Business Partners from a relevant background  with the appropriate change management experience, however  Bullet sourced the successful candidate from a fee earning professional services background.
