• Global strategy firm - Retained to help build a new Change Management Consulting practice from scratch.
  The client wished to attract a number of experienced management consultants with specific skills in the areas of people change and organisation effectiveness. We structured a programme of work utilising a combination of search, networking and advertising to help them deliver their recruitment plans over a two year period.
• Public Sector Organisation - A major brand within the Public Sector space wished to grow their internal Process and Change team.
  Bullet had previously worked with this organisation and had successfully hired four experienced management consultants into this team. We were asked to repeat a similar project to assist them in their next phase of growth. We advertised in the Sunday Times and also utilised our own networks and contacts to find three more experienced consulting professionals who wished to take their skills in-house and deliver major transformation projects.
