This fantastic opportunity is to work with one of the worlds leading financial services organisations for a Compensation Analyst. Supporting a variety of processes, you will be working closely with a number of divisional teams and working across all levels of the business. As Compensation Analyst you will have the following core areas of responsibility: Supporting the global compensation processes with heavy involvement in compensation projects Delivering day to day advice and service to specific business areas New hire compensation / offer management Monitoring and updating compensation policy and benchmarking Coordinate year end processes Work across all levels from Graduate to Senior Management team The successful candidate for this role will: Have gained sound compensation and benefits experience within financial services Good analytical and problem solving skills Strong communication and relationship management skills Functional knowledge of compensation practices Excellent Excel skills Project Management – ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines Please note: Only candidates eligible to work in the UK will be considered for this role.
