A globally recognised Banking organisation are looking for a Business Partner with a project-focused back-ground to join their team.
This is a highly rewarding role for a Business Partner with a solid financial services back-ground who has had lots of project exposure. Communicating with senior stakeholders this role is supporting the retail population.
We are looking for a true Generalist who will be liaising with key business leaders to cover the full HR mix including Talent Management, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, ensuring Employment Law compliance are adhered to and compensation & benefits.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
· Strong HR generalist experience
· Project management expertise
· Excellent communication / relationship building skills at all levels of the business
· Strong business acumen
· A highly numerate and analytical approach to solving business problems
