This global financial services business are looking for a Learning Design Assistant to join its Learning Design team. Working on specific projects and according to tight deadlines, you will:
Support the Learning Design team with all day to day activities involved with the Design process
Manage all internal administrative processes, continuously making improvements where necessary
Conducting research and gathering information for specific projects
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders effectively to enable projects to be completed in a timely manner
You must:
Have experience of supporting projects previously
Have gained exposure to working within a Learning team or supporting a Learning function within a wider HR support role
Have sound MS office skills (Share point would be ideal)
