A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Interim HR Business Partner to join an academics organisation based in Central London. 

To start immediately, this contract will run until March 2011. 

This is a true Generalist role encompassing Recruitment / Employee Relations / Learning & Development and Financial Management.  You will be offering an HR partnership to Heads of Departments as well as Line Management.  You will jointly manage one direct report – HR Assistant, and there will be a strong leaning toward TUPE and implementing policies and procedures.

The role will also include the following:

Ensure HR Administration (contracts / payroll) are accurate and are adhering with compliance requirements

Offer advice in regards to grievances and disciplinary’s

Monitor absence levels

Provide support and advice on succession planning and staffing structures

Work with the Head of OD and Line Management with regards to the most effective Learning & Development method

Design and deliver when required learning programmes to Management

The successful candidate will ideally be an experienced competency based interviewer, ability to analyse data, strong influencing skills, some exposure to project management and project commercial awareness.
