Are you an experienced reward consultant currently working at a professional services firm? Are you hungry to take the step-up in to a senior reward consultant role? My client, a global HR consultancy is looking for a Senior Reward Consultant to join their team in Central London. Salary will pay up to £40,000 basic with a benefits package worth £15,000.

You will be client-facing with account management responsibilities and will lead those around you through your knowledge of reward methodologies and technical expertise.

You must have specialist knowledge in pay modelling, creating reward policies and grading structures.
The Person:

Relevant degree or equivalent experience
-
Numerate
-
Analytical thinker
-
Experience of managing multiple projects (and resources)

Ability to build and maintain internal and external (client) relationships (...and use these to drive business/ respond to opportunities/solve problems etc)

Experienced reward practitioner or HR practitioner with reward exposure

Commercial focus - understands impact of options on client business
