Having grown rapidly over the past 10 years my client, a well-known online sporting organisation, is now looking to recruit a high-flyer to provide strategic and operational HR support to the European sales and marketing functions. A senior role within the business this position will directly impact 50% of the European staff and be influential in developing the culture of that client group. A truly challenging generalist HR position the successful candidate will be responsible for the full HR remit for the demanding European Sales and Marketing client group. They will also be responsible for using their initiative to manage adhoc projects in a rapidly changing and challenging environment. With clear and rapid succession to the role of Head of HR for Europe this role is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial and highly commercial candidate. The successful candidate must have extensive experience in the following areas: Only candidates eligible to work in the UK will be considered for this role. However candidates based in mainland Europe will be considered and relocation is available. Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory, fluency in another European language is highly desirable.
