A global retail financial services business requires an international HR Manager to assume responsibility for Europe and the Middle East. The retail business is under new leadership and is asking commercial and strategic questions of its HR department. This exciting role will answer them by developing current policy and driving forward new initiatives. The HR Manager role covers Germany, Belgium, France Italy, Belgium, CzechRepublic, Switzerland, Finland, The Netherlands, Bahrain, Oman and UAE and will be based in London with travel incorporated as part of the role. You will be responsible for the provision of a comprehensive and cohesive HR agenda, ensuring that HR policies are as representative and aligned as possible to the Global HR framework in place.
