My client is a vibrant, global marketing consultancy with an excellent brand and impressive client network.  They are looking for a Head of HR to join their London office and report to the MD.


This is a fabulous generalist in a fast-paced and creative environment. Reporting the MD, this position is part of the senior management team and is responsible for delivering a full, varied HR service.  You will challenge leaders, be involved in senior decision-making processes, advise and coach managers on all aspects of HR and direct the HR strategy in-line with the business plans. 

This role manages an HR Co-ordinator and covers all strategic and operational HR.  You will be confident working at a senior level, and manage projects such as change management and merger & acquisitions, but you will also not be afraid to roll your sleeves up and take ownership for HR issues such as ER, learning & Development, Performance Management, HR processes and procedures and  Reward.

To be considered for this position you must have commercial HR experience, ideally in the media sector.  You will be a strong generalist at manager or business partner level and have excellent employment law knowledge.  You will have worked in a changing environment and exposure to TUPE & M&A work will be a benefit to your application.  You will be professional, credible and an excellent communicator.  You will be able to build lasting relationships with challenging and “creative” personalities across the business.  You must be commercial and able to offer a solutions-based HR service. 

This is the perfect opportunity for an HR professional, who has proven themselves in a generalist role and is now looking for autonomy in a senior management role within an innovative, exciting environment.
