My client is a global media brand looking for an HR Advisor for a 6 month position based near Reading. Your role will be generalist, supporting an HR Manager in a time of change and transformation.
This is an exciting role for an HR Advisor with commercial UK HR experience. The position supports and HR Manager for a business unit based just outside Reading and will cover all aspects of operational HR from advising on policies, procedures, changes to day-to-day HR, employee relations such as advising on disciplinaries, grievances and performance management. You will be client facing and be part of a small team.
To be considered for this role you must have HR experience in a client facing position, at HR Advisor level – you will have practical, hands on advisory experience coving all aspects of HR such as performance management, policy and procedure, ER, training and reward. You must have commercial, UK-based HR experience.
You will be pragmatic, happy in a small team and must be available immediately.
You must be available to interview week commencing 13th July.
