An innovate, cutting edge and growing Rail construction company based in Central London are looking for a HR assistant to join its bright and fast paced team environment. If you are looking for an opportunity to develop yourself and expand your career this is definitely the role for you.  Offering an initial 12 month contract and working for the Employee Relations Manager this role will have the key responsibility for the effective operation of all internal HR processes and will involve working alongside senior HR management to deliver a first class service to a “first class” business.

The role:

Your key task is to ensure effective delivery of all internal HR administration processes including new starters, inductions and contracts and prepare HR information analysis

In addition you will:

  • Be involved in project work including employee engagement, TUPE transfers, policy & procedure review and organisational design,
  • Have internal recruitment responsibilities, and
  • Provide direct support to the HR Business Partner team

The person:

  • MUST have an HR related qualification (CPP, CIPD, BA or MA) and a sound understanding of current HR legislation
  • Strong PC skills and good general administration skills
  • An effective communicator with a strong attention to detail, confident and naturally inquisitive
  • Driven to further your career within HR and develop generalist HR skills
