A global Financial Services company seeks a Senior International HR Business Partner (VP) to look after the company both in the UK and overseas. This role will be based in Canary Wharf.

This is a true business partner position, and the key to success is relationship management with key stakeholders within the business.  This will include your clients, your HR centres of excellence and appropriate third parties.

You will build relationships with business leaders, understanding their business strategies and how HR can support them with people, organisational development and strategic issues.  Your role will cover all aspects of HR such as talent management and succession planning, performance management, learning & development, employee relations, reward and recruitment.  You will manage projects, advise on policies, processes and procedures.

To be considered for this position you must have HR business partner experience within a blue-chip environment, ideally a financial services organisation and with an international focus.  You will be a confident and able consultant and a strong relationship manager.  You will have HR generalist skills and an extensive knowledge of UK employment law. Experience of mergers and acquisitions would be a distinct advantage. You will also be degree /CIPD qualified or equivalent.

Please note: Only candidates eligible to work in the UK will be considered for this role. Please send your CV through in the first instance to register your interest.
