International HR Advisor, Luton – £30,000 - £35,000 (global travel brand)

An exciting, global blue chip brand requires a proactive and dedicated International HR Advisor to join their team within the group HR function. This is a pivotal role, focusing on the overseas part of the business.

As part of a team of two HR Advisors supporting the overseas part of the business, you will be working closely with the wider HR team to ensure a comprehensive HR service is delivered across the business. The overseas function comprises all the business and people that customers meet across all overseas destinations.

• This is a varied and challenging role that will encompass all areas of HR, including:
• Advising and supporting managers on people development initiatives, performance management, recruitment, attendance, training, disciplinaries & grievances and employment legislation
• HR policies – advising on existing policies and developing and implementing new, relevant HR policies across the business
• HR projects – support, drive and lead on HR projects both in the overseas division and across the wider business. Work to design & implement new projects (performance management, reward, management tools & training)
• Attending monthly client meetings and presenting HR findings in order to support the business strategy
• Managing change within your business area, and supporting the business on restructures that may result in consultation, communication, redundancy / relocation / retention / (re)-integration

You will have gained comprehensive HR generalist experience and have a strong ER background. You will also ideally be from a fast paced, commercial business – retail or leisure would be ideal and will be a confident communicator well equipped to work under pressure.
