A leading service provider based in Kew are looking for an E-Learning Coordinator to join their Group HR team. This large and diverse business is growing its HR capability and this is an exciting new position that will focus heavily on the E-Learning Management System (SkillPort) and the process surrounding it – including systems based work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all aspects of E-Learning across the organisation, becoming the expert in this area
  • Coordinate local training and liaise with local Training Coordinators
  • Monitoring, developing and assessing the E-Learning system and processes – continual process improvement and development of new content
  • Interpreting and presenting MI data for the Group HR team and the business
  • Working closely with HR colleagues to achieve core business objectives
  • Building and developing strong internal relationships
  • Liaising with external providers and building long term relationships
  • Scope for involvement in project work

You should have a sound understanding of E-Learning Systems and the capacity to interpret data – broader HRIS experience will be considered - and will feel at ease in taking ownership of this area. There is real scope for development within this role.
