A talented, commercial minded Learning and Development Advisor is required to work for this City based Financial Services business. Partnering within the business, you will manage the majority of training across all levels, managing relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
Working closely with the HR team and your colleagues within learning, this is an exciting position that will afford a true sense of autonomy.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing projects throughout their entire life cycle to add value to Learning and Development.
Establishing and developing strong relationships across the business and with all external training providers.
Working in partnership with business managers to translate current and future business priorities into a Learning and Development strategy which enables the delivery and achievement of established goals.
Developing, implementing and delivering a Learning and Development agenda that addresses key capability issues to support succession planning, management development and talent management initiatives.
You should be an experienced Learning and Development specialist and will feel at ease in partnering key stakeholders to develop their teams to drive core business objectives. You will have worked as a Learning and Development Advisor already within Financial Services and will be keen to move to a role which offers a greater amount of autonomy.
You must be an effective communicator with a strong academic record and sound stakeholder management experience across all levels. You will also ideally be CIPD qualified.
