A global Financial Services organisation requires a Learning and Development Consultant to sit within the learning team and provide a full consultancy service to the business.
This is an exciting new position that will focus heavily on consultancy and project work, initially around developing and implementing a firm wide competency framework.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing projects throughout their entire life cycle to add value to Learning and Development.
Establishing and developing strong relationships across the business, in particular within own client group
Working in partnership with business managers to translate current and future business priorities into a Learning and Development strategy which enables the delivery and achievement of established goals
Developing, implementing and delivering a Learning and Development agenda that addresses key capability issues to support succession planning, management development and talent management initiatives
You MUST be a professionally qualified Learning and Development specialist and will feel at ease in partnering key stakeholders to develop their teams to drive core business objectives.
You MUST also have previous experience of implementing competency models and a proven track record as a project manager. Experience of coaching and mentoring is also a must.
